Grand Rounds- Best of the Medical Blogosphere

I came across this resource which looks really great (I found it, of course, on www.butyoudontlooksick.com ) It’s called Blogborygmi described as “the weekly rotating carnival of the best of the medical blogosphere”.  I have not had time to fully explore it, but if anyone wants to check it out and get back to us, that would be great.
